The session is the culmination of the dialogue series, Asia and the Pacific Regional Dialogue on Science and Technology for a Sustainable Food System. The webinar series have brought together experts and representatives from international organizations to present, share and discuss policy recommendations and implementation plans for STI development to support a regional food system in Asia, the Pacific region and around the world based on the understanding of the role of STI and its exploitation.

In this knowledge-sharing session, key messages, and recommendations for actions at the regional level will be presented, aiming at fostering international and regional STI research collaboration and developing STI approaches for achieving sustainable food systems as part of actions to end hunger, achieve food security, and improve nutrition by 2030.
